Making Fimo versions of But

To give the button book a tactile element, I want to create a three dimensional But character, which means making it. Fimo, which is baked in the oven is an ideal medium as it can be manipulated into which shape is required. I chose a grey colour, which when cooked turned into a horrible brown colour - ideal for But who is supposed to be bland and boring.

This was my first attempt - rather raw and biscuit looking!

I then tried again. These Buts are before cooking...next to this one which I realised later was overcooked and not supposed to be this colour! This time I indented the word but into the Fimo.
